Something everybody usually likes to know...

Headliners for this year's Bamboozle festival have been announced:

Day 1 - May 2, 2009 - Fall Out Boy
Day 2 - May 3, 2009 - No Doubt

As usual, the festival will be held at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, NJ. 3 Day VIP, 3 Day and 2 Day passes are on sale now, with single day tickets on sale this weekend.

Big Day for CHS Radio Tomorrow

Hey guys. Just checking in to let you all know that we've got four big interviews lined up tomorrow at CHS Overflow Radio. The morning interview will be with Double Overtime, and the afternoon is all about Breaking the Mold.

At 10:40, Crispy and Smitty will be interviewing Monmouth U running back David Sinisi.
At 1:00, Steve will be interviewing Cruiserweight.
At 1:30, Steve will be chatting with Steve from Dropout Year.
At 2:00, Steve will be on the phone with Empires.

Empires, Dropout Year and Cruiserweight on Wednesday

Wednesday, I will be interviewing Empires, Dropout Year and Cruiserweight. Empires recently released their debut album, "Howl," for free online download, and on a limited run of CD. Dropout Year just finished recording new material here in Jersey. Cruiserweight is now on tour with the Pink Spiders, hitting Asbury Lanes on November 19th. If you have any questions for any of these bands, leave them in the comments of this post.

UPDATE (11/19 | 2:00): The interview with Empires will now be tomorrow.  There was a misunderstanding with the scheduling and Tom was unable to do the interview today.  Also, the interview with Cruiserweight will be rescheduled for a later date as well.

UPDATE (11/18 | 1:30): Unfortunately, today's interview with Dropout Year fell through. We'll look at rescheduling the interview in the near future. We'll still be interviewing Cruiserweight and Empires tomorrow afternoon.

Jet Lag Gemini Today/Mercer Ave on Thursday

This Thursday we have Mercer Avenue in the studio. The local NJ band will be releasing their new EP, "Get Out of Your Car and Fight Me," later this month, and we'll be playing new tracks from the EP all show long. Make sure to check it out, and if you like what you hear, go see Mercer Avenue live when they open for Victory Records band The Scenic at the Marlboro Rec Center in Marlboro, NJ on December 6.

Today, Jared and I interviewed Misha of Jet Lag Gemini. We talked to him about the band's latest record, their current tour, and everything in between. If you like what you hear, make sure to check them out on November 23 at the Stone Pony opening for The All-American Rejects. The interview will be posted sometime tonight or tomorrow afternoon.
